If you have to complete a SATOP program after having received a Missouri DUI / DWI charge, and it is your first such offense, you will usually be required to attend a Level-One Offender Education Program with an approved Missouri SATOP Offender Management Unit. This is a ten-hour course designed for "low risk" offenders where you have received a DUI / DWI, but is given where you are deemed a low risk to receive another offense.
The 10-Hour, Level-1 SATOP course consists of four sections that are each 2 1/2 hours in length, either taken as four separate sessions or combined into two larger sections.
As discussed on our Missouri SATOP general information page, the costs associated with attending the SATOP, Level-1 Offender Education Program usually include a $120.00 initial screening fee with an approved Offender Management Unit, and a $125.00 fee for the class.
